Booked four tours with Best Price in Vietnam , couldn't be better package tour We spent 10 days in Vietnam (5 in Hanoi, 5 in Ho Chi Minh City) and had originally intended to book all of our tours through Internet. However, upon arriving in Hanoi, we realized that we planned our trip over Reunification Weekend, and all of the hotel's options for Ha Long Bay tours were booked. We scrambled a bit, found the website Thebestpricevn, and shot off an email hoping for some help. Nam responded quickly and put us at ease: prompt, professional communication, full-service tour handling... he even had an associate meet us at the pick-up location to ensure that we found and boarded our transfer bus. They found the last available room on a luxury junk and basically saved our trip to Hanoi. We were so happy with the service and tour that we walked right past the hotel tour desk in Ho Chi Minh City and booked three more tours with Nam (a city tour, a Cu Chi tunnels tour, and a Mekong Delta tour). He offered our package tour. We received excellent recommendations, fantastic service, and I was completely comfortable knowing that Nam was just a phone call or text away if I had any problems. I can't recommend them enough... you won't be disappointed!
